Finite Element Analysis That Derisks Design

We solve structural, thermal, dynamic, and nonlinear problems.
From concept to validation.
From a single part to full assemblies.

Design needs proof before release. Advanced finite element workflows predict stress, temperature,
vibration, fatigue, and stability. Accurate simulations and focused reports support design choices and
help derisk release.

Finite Element Analysis (FEA) Services | Structural, Thermal, Nonlinear, Fatigue, Dynamics

Design needs proof before release. Advanced finite element workflows predict stress, temperature,
vibration, fatigue, and stability. Accurate simulations and focused reports support design choices and
help derisk release.

Core Analysis Capabilities

Parts and assemblies are assessed under pressure, bolt preload, assembly fit, gravity, and thermal strain as part of structural and stress analysis. Nonlinear material behavior, contact, and large deformation are included when needed for fidelity.

Structural strength and stiffness

Natural frequencies and mode shapes establish the dynamic signature. Harmonic and forced response quantify resonance behavior. Random vibration and PSD studies support durability screening. Shock, drop, and impact cases are added when relevant

Dynamics and vibration

Life is predicted in highcycle and lowcycle ranges with meanstress and multiaxial corrections. Welds are
evaluated using structuralstress or hotspot techniques. Crackgrowth studies use extracted
stressintensity factors.

Fatigue and fracture

Elastic buckling is screened with eigenvalue analysis. Nonlinear collapse studies with imperfections
confirm stability margins for thinwalled designs

Buckling and stability

Steady and transient heat transfer solve conduction, convection, and radiation. Resulting temperature
fields feed into thermal analysis and thermalfatigue evaluations for temperaturedriven risk

Thermal and thermomechanical Analysis

Stick, slip, and separation behavior is captured for critical interfaces. Fretting and wear indicators
support servicelife planning. Seal and gasket crush included where relevant

Nonlinear contact, fretting, and wear(when relevant)

Chief Engineering Advisor support (on demand)

When technical risk is high or decisions are time-critical, we can add a Chief Engineering Advisor to provide senior-level direction, methodology alignment, and independent design review.
Advisor
involvement is scoped upfront and scaled to the depth of engagement.
What the advisor does:

Confirms modelling approach: assumptions, load cases, boundary conditions, contacts, and material
strategy

Aligns methods to good practice and your internal standards

Reviews plausibility and key results before major design decisions

Provides a short review note and joins the engineering review call
