Education Qualification:  BE/B.Tech preferably with MBA

 

Job description: Responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generate leads, manage and convert to orders and contribute to growth of business.

 

Desired Skills :

 

10+ years of experience in Marketing & Sales, Solutioning and Strategy building in the Engineering Services Industry.

 

Must have experience of winning new customers.

 

Should have worked in Lead Generation activities specifically in Canada, North American & Western Europe region in areas of Engineering Services.

 

Strong influencing skills and the ability to form relationships across all levels of the business

 

Expertise in conducting Sales and Marketing campaigns on various platforms.

 

Hands-on experience in Digital Marketing: SEO, SMM, SMO, etc, would be added advantage.

 

Humble, Self-motivated, Persistent with Excellent interpersonal skills, Solid self-confidence, Entrepreneurial mindset

 

Job Role & Responsibilities: 

 

The role requires the incumbent to grow business by defining and implementing in-depth strategies to up-sell and cross-sell through acquiring new customers and growing existing accounts.

 

Conduct market research and develop a sales strategy for new service offerings.

 

Must be able to acquire new customers and grow existing customers.

 

Cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn, data mining, database preparation using different tools, using business networking sites and social media for new business leads and lead generation

 

Expert in prospecting, lead qualification, customer meeting, proactively gauging customer requirements, developing solutions from available offerings, proposal preparation and Sales closure.

 

Planning new marketing initiatives, attending conferences, meetings, and industry events

 

Using knowledge of the market trends and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators

 

Build a pipeline of future work and ensure that the company’s existing client revenue target is achieved through new sales and upselling/cross-selling.

 

Understand and design appropriate functional pitch/mailers to the CXOs for the focused segments.
